Analysis: The Blue Devils were more comfortable in this one than last year's first round against Belmont when they had to survive. They had great balanced scoring with all five starters (6 overall) in double figures. Duke was great from 3-point range at 9-20 (45%).

What's Next: Duke advances to the second round where it will meet No. 7 Texas, which defeated Minnesota, 76-62. The Blue Devils are going to have try and make Texas' inside game a non-factor and must be hot from 3-point range. Their early exits in the tournament lately have been because they were missing.
